We recently lost our mother and received her lovely 3 bed semi-detached property in her will. It was a very traumatic time for the family as it was very unexpected we new we had to sell her home but didn’t want the hassle of all the viewings through estate agents and having to pay a very hefty £2000 fee for very little work. So i saw an add in our local visitor paper saying property wanted for cash. The next day I decided to give the add a call. I dealt with a very well presented and polite gentleman john who offered us a great amount and offered to pay our legal fee’s as well as times were hard for the family. I recently was made redundant from my job and was struggling to find another in the area.
